Policy Pilot uses essential cookies or local storage for authentication, session security, fraud prevention, saved privacy choices, and interface preferences. These technologies are necessary to provide the service and cannot be disabled through the cookie banner.

With permission, Policy Pilot may measure visits, page interactions, device type, referral source, account-gate events, signups, and generation outcomes. The product analytics feed is designed not to capture form answers, prompts, passwords, or generated content. Optional analytics should not load until consent is granted.

Hosting, authentication, payments, email, CRM, and embedded content providers may set essential cookies when you use their features. Their processing is governed by their own notices and the service relationship used to operate Policy Pilot.
