Privacy Policy

We process the name and verified email used to create or access your account. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes, not readable text. We also store information you enter into Business Classification, Business Foundation, offers, metrics, calculators, context builders, and Blueprint progress.

Generated and edited Blueprint outputs are stored with your account so they can be reused as structured context in later stages.

Your information is used to authenticate you, save progress, calculate business metrics, determine relevant capabilities and recommendations, reduce repeated questions, and generate the outputs you request.

Financial calculations are deterministic and do not require AI. When you request an AI generation, the relevant structured business context may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce that output.

Saved records are associated with the signed-in account. Application requests use that account identifier when reading or changing user-owned records. Signup and recovery codes are short-lived; authentication sessions may remain active until expiration or sign-out.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid entering payment-card details, government identifiers, protected health information, or other secrets into Blueprint fields.

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, database, hosting, and AI providers used to operate Policy Pilot. Information is not sold as part of the application experience.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate. Review outputs before publishing, importing, sending, or using them to make business decisions.

Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, saved preferences, and consent choices. Optional product analytics are used only after the applicable choice and are designed not to collect prompts, form answers, passwords, or generated content.

When you request AI assistance, the prompt and relevant app, business, brand, or source context may be sent to the configured AI provider. AI output requires human review and is not professional advice.

Information is retained while needed to provide the service, preserve saved work, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet billing and legal obligations, and operate backups. Retention depends on record type and connected service.

Signed-in users can download a portable account export and submit or cancel a verified deletion request from Account → Your Data & Privacy. Requests may be limited where identity cannot be verified or information must be retained for security, transactions, legal obligations, claims, or other applicable exceptions.

Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to hello@blueprint-pilot.com. Do not email passwords, authentication codes, payment-card data, government identifiers, or sensitive client records.

This policy may be updated as Policy Pilot changes. The effective date on this page identifies the current version.
