How Blueprint works

Blueprint learns the shape of your business first, avoids repeated questions, and keeps one Business, one Core Offer Blueprint, and optional supporting offers.

1. Classify

Define how the business sells, delivers, earns revenue, and acquires leads. These structured answers determine capabilities and recommendations.

2. Build the foundation

Save the company identity once, separate from the Core Offer, Upsell, and Downsell.

3. Follow the Blueprint

Complete Recommended work first. Optional work can help; Not Applicable work is intentionally excluded.

Saved data and AI

Your classification, foundation, offers, capabilities, journey, metrics, completed drivers, and previous outputs are stored as separate structured records. AI generations receive the relevant context automatically, but every generated result should still be reviewed and edited.

Quick troubleshooting

A page sends me back to onboarding

The app stays locked until Classification, Business Foundation, and one Core Offer are complete. Existing grandfathered accounts remain available but may show Needs Review.

A metric shows a dash

Complete the connected Offer Economics or calculator inputs. Manual Dashboard metrics require a current value.

An AI generation fails

Confirm the required fields are complete and try again once. Saved answers remain available even when generation fails.

A question disappeared

Blueprint reused a previous answer or determined that the question does not apply. The Context Builder notice summarizes reused and skipped questions.

The recommendation does not fit

Review Business Classification and the exact Business Type first. Those values control capabilities, questions, and recommended drivers.

Blueprint provides planning tools and editable AI-assisted recommendations. Review all calculations, claims, compliance language, and business decisions before acting on them.
