Terms of Use

These terms govern access to Policy Pilot. By continuing to use the application, you agree to use it responsibly and to review its recommendations before acting on them.

Effective August 24, 2026

Purpose of the service

Policy Pilot is a business planning and execution tool. It organizes business information, recommends applicable Blueprint work, provides calculators, and can generate editable AI-assisted content.

The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment, compliance, or other regulated professional advice. Calculations are planning estimates, not forecasts or guarantees.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining access to the verified email or connected account used to sign in, keeping your password private, and activity performed through your Policy Pilot account. Signup and recovery codes are temporary and should not be shared. Do not attempt to access another user’s records or administrative features without authorization.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for reviewing saved or generated outputs before relying on them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass access controls, misrepresent generated claims, or create deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful communications.

Do not enter third-party confidential information unless you are authorized to process it.

AI outputs and calculations

AI outputs can contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable recommendations. They remain editable and require human review. You are responsible for substantiating prices, guarantees, performance claims, testimonials, policies, and compliance language.

Calculator results depend on the inputs and assumptions supplied. Actual revenue, costs, conversion, churn, acquisition performance, and cash timing will differ.

Availability and changes

Features may be corrected, updated, added, limited, or discontinued. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages, or other operational reasons.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No result, recommendation, revenue level, campaign performance, or business outcome is guaranteed.

You remain responsible for decisions made using the application and for complying with laws, platform rules, contracts, consent requirements, advertising policies, and industry-specific obligations.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from the posted effective date.
